Emma leads our College Pathways team with a rare mix of real-world experience as a professional player, an NCAA D1 alumna, and a Sports Management graduate.

Originally from the UK, Emma holds dual British and Australian citizenship. A product of the Newcastle Jets Academy and a member of the Junior Matildas Australia U17 squad, she spent her NCAA Division 1 career playing for both the University of Louisiana and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, while also playing two seasons in the US semi-pro circuit. Emma earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management along the way, giving her lived experience and understanding of what it takes to handle the demands of college athletics, academics, and life in the States.

Emma still plays professionally in the A-League Women for the Newcastle Jets, keeping her actively connected to elite football. Working closely with our global network, Emma supports student-athletes and their families with grounded strategy through every step of the recruitment process.
